I’ve scaled peaks and navigated shifting tides both in business and in life. For more than 20 years, I’ve led marketing and go-to-market functions for global companies like Expedia and GoDaddy, as well as iconic local organizations such as Pacific Science Center.
I grew up sailing on Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island and raced sailboats in college, where I learned early how to read conditions, adjust course, and move forward even when circumstances shift. I also love the mountains—both the challenge of climbing and the perspective and camaraderie that come from a shared ascent. Today, I serve on ski patrol where I enjoy helping people get on their feet again and the opportunity to make someone's bad day be a little bit better.
As an advisor and coach, I bring that mountain-to-sound perspective, along with rigor and warmth. My work is grounded in clear goals, practical action, measurement, and accountability—always tailored to the person or organization in front of me.
I also understand the realities of building a demanding career while raising a family and searching for purpose and fulfillment along the way. I’m a mom to identical twin girls (that's them in the sailboat above!), a runner, and someone who finds energy and connection through community—whether that’s book club, running groups, stitch nights, or nonprofit board service.
